could these photos be same person?

Both the mouth and nose look different to me, so I would say that they are not one and the same person.

I think the upper lip looks the same. The nose looks different, but perhaps thats just the difference in the angle of the photo.

The first lady seems to have a broader nose when comparing the base of the nose to the edges of the mouth, so I would say not the same.

I don't think they are the same either - eyebrow positions and eyes different as too the nose but mouth very similar so I would have thought there would be close relatives.

I don't think they're the same, either because of the small differences already mentioned. The first one has frizzier hair and the second has very straight hair too, although I understand that ladies do sometimes play tricks in this department.
