"Full age" is 21 years but marriages could take place younger.

FamilySearch has some, not all, extracted Irish births 1864-c1881 which probably covers the period of her birth- what's her father's name (and occupation) from 1902 marriage?

Think this is the one you found earlier?
Birth: Catherine Bridget Quinn born 25 Mar.1880 Portobella Place Dublin, parents- John Quinn & Kate Quinn Behan

All extracted births for 'Catherine Quinn' with father 'John Quinn' in County Dublin for 1870-1879 seem to also be in Dublin City but database is not complete .

Ages in records can be quite fickle- since age at death is given by an informant it may nt be accurate either. It's not at all uncommon to find that a person supposedly aged more or less than than 10 years between 1901 census and 1911 census.

Birth: Catherine Bridget Quinn born 25 Mar.1880 Portobella Place Dublin, parents- John Quinn & Kate Behan
Here's her baptism- http://churchrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/details/284ad40023789

Other possible children-
- Mary Anne (18 Aug.1871 Co.Kildare) https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/F574-V8K
- Margaret (20 Jan.1873 Co.Kildare) https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/FGY7-3Z7
- Elizabeth (25 Nov.1875 Co.Kildare) https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/FG87-WXW

Strangely enough when searching for other possible children I found a baptism for a Catherine Quinn born 14 March 1874-
http://churchrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/details/dce2db0135930

If all these children have the same parents there is just time for Catherine's 1874 birth but suspect the Co.Kildare parents might be a different couple- a problem with common names.
