Baptism lookup request - Edgar Spooner

Do you have the newspaper report about Elizabeth Escott Spooner abandoning her children in 1860 ( for the third time ) ? Edgar Spooner placed a notice in the Shoreditch Observer of 28 Apr 1860 , stating that he would not be answerable for any debts that she might incur. Perhaps she was still alive in 1863 and the change of name was an attempt to hide the previous marriage ?
