For the first time I have found an ancestor which mentions he was a Chelsea Pensioner.

1851 census  Great Wigston

Church Lane     Thomas Freeman Head Mar  70  Chelsea Pensioner  Frame work knitter b Leicester
                       Alice           "       Wife  Mar  73                                                            Ireland

Is there anywhere where I could look into the Chelsea Pensionor details?

I havent found a marriage for Thomas and Alice  - I think his parents were John Freeman and
                                                                                      Mary Boulton b 1750

These details I found on someone's tree  on A****
