"Do you know if Mary "Meenkeeragh" who married Henry "Wee Harry" Doherty of Big Hill is related to Patrick Doherty (c1813-1899) of Meenkeeragh who was married to Sarah Doherty (c1819-1907)?"

What are the dates for "Wee Harry" ? Is it he who died in 1899?
If it was him how is it known that it was Mary Meenkeeragh that he was married to?

Wee Harry died 20 Mar 1899 at Meenamullaghan. He is my 2nd great uncle. His wife Mary Doherty died at Meenamullaghan 14 Apr 1902. How do I know they were married. Many years of research with the help of others related to the Dohertys from Meenamullghan.

Mary was a local midwife in the Buncrana area and from Meenkeeragh. One of my fellow researchers had this fact confirmed by a descendant

Added: I just remembered that there are a couple of birth records that she has registered as  midwife that have her as Mary Meenkeeragh but I can't find them at the moment.

The dates for Mary married to Henry and for Patrick married to Sarah/Sally Corney means they are the same generation.
This means they may be either siblings or cousins.
To add to our difficulties there is another Mary Meenkeeragh (died 4th April 1865) who was married to John Barr of Bauville and begs the question of her relationship to Patrick?
Susan Meenkeeragh (died 17th January 1909) who was married to Johnnie Ownes; I believe to be a sister of Mary d. 1865) who was married to John Barr. So what then was the relationship of sisters Mary and Susan to Patrick?
I am saying that Mary who married Henry was not a sister of Patrick. Patrick was likely a brother of Mary and Susan so what then is the relationship of Mary who married Henry to siblings Patrick; Mary; and Susan?
In Griffiths Valuation in Meenamullaghan there is both a Henry Doherty and a Patrick Doherty. Is the Henry Doherty your “Wee Harry” or his father.
Am now working on all the families and awaiting the 1926 Census. We will never get the answers to all we would wish to know.

Henry "Wee Harry" Doherty was the son of John "Big Hill" Doherty and Catherine McDaid.

John and Catherine had five children that we know about.

Catherine Doherty who was married to Charles Granny from Foffenagh
Nancy Doherty who was married to Charles Bradley from Meenamullaghan
Patrick Doherty. So far we haven’t been able to identify a spouse.
Mary “Moira” Doherty. She did not marry and lived in Sorne
Henry “Wee Harry" who was married to Mary “Meenkeeragh” Doherty

As you say in the Griffiths there is Patrick and Henry.

Looking at the 1901 census for Meenamullaghan there are four Doherty households:

House 1 Patrick "Dubh" Doherty. He was from Druminderry. No one has quite figured out why he is in Meenamullaghan nor his connection to the other Dohertys.

House 2 Patrick "Harry's Paddy" Doherty. His father was Henry.

House 3 Patrick Doherty. His father was Patrick.

House 4 John Doherty. His father was Patrick.
