Henry was a Storekeeper which he continue to do in Australia
There is a George Keeble married a Sarah Baker in Samford 1863

Just wondering if Sarah married before I found a Henry Keeble married Sarah Woods in Plomesgate 1864 and Henry born Dec 1864 in Plomesgate

Yes I also followed that line.  Her maiden name was Starkes

What was his occupation?

Have you looked for emigration records - sorry I haven't a clue about that

There doesn't seem to be a Henry born abt 1865 with parents Henry and Sarah in 1871.

They may have already emigrated.
He may have been illegitimate and made one or both names up or invented them for another reason.

Henry died 10 June 1945 Granville, Sydney father Henry
