NASA details on Lucas family dated circa 1860s to 1890s

Hi
I have some details on the above family from the NASA data base but I do not know what to do next. Could some kind person either obtain the info (shown below)  or teach me how to get it myself?

I am of-course not expecting any replies until the new year now but thats fine.

Unfortunately all of the files, except for the first one (TAB) are in the Cape Town Archives, and you would require the services of a researcher to obtain copies of the documents.

For the TAB one I suggest that you go to eggsa.org and order copies from them.  They are very reasonably priced and, although it takes between 4 - 6 weeks it is a lot quicker than ordering directly from the archives.

It's very difficult to read posts when you cut & paste large amounts of material from another site with so many blank lines. However, this might, or might not be the same as the first person in your post- a  Francis Rupert Lucas is listed on Auckland (New Zealand) War Memorial with a sister in Cape Town as next of kin- see here.

The Cape Town archives are now closed until 6th. January and I can look up the records for you after that, probably around 11th/12th. Copies take about a week before they are ready but it may be nearer the end of the month before I can e-mail them to you. Please let me know if you are okay with this.

 Hello Al-Pal, I have had some success finding info for you and have asked for copies to be posted to me when ready, as I may not get back to the archives before leaving Cape town, although I would like to if possible. I ran out of time before getting through all the documents you listed. The docs for William Lucas Van Ass could not be copied due to their deteriorating condition but have noted down most of it. The surname is definitely Van Ass and wondered if you still want these details. If you pm me with your e-mail address I will send everything on as soon as it arrives. In the meantime I noted down some of the details for Phoebe Williams Lucas, nee White.
Father, Thomas, Mother, Jane, Husband, Joseph Benton Lucas. She died a widow age 50 on 30.11.1901 Children - William Benton, Alice Phoebe, Francis Rupert (or Robert ), Eliza Josephine.
