I wonder if somebody could restore my Lloyd family group photograph?

Hi all,
I have an old  photograph of all my Lloyd Family.
I wonder if somebody super could restore it somewhat or
maybe add a dash of colour if that's possible?
By the way I had to resize the picture from around 1.3mb
I hope that's not a problem.
