Cen 1851 & 1861 - Isaac & Jane Dobson & Children

Hi Everyone
I have a family that I cannot find on the 1851/61 census's.

I can find Isaac and Jane Dobson& 3 children 1841 @ Sutton.
I can find Isaac & William 1871 @ Hollym - Isaac a Widower born Hull, but cannot find Baptism and William born Sutton.

Isaac Dobson c1810 -/+ 5 yrs Hull
Jane Dobson c1811 -/+ 5 yrs Hull
Ann Dobson 1831 Baptism Sproatley   (she has illigitimate dau Hannah Mary 1853 Skirlaugh)
Hannah Dobson 1833 Baptism Swine   (is not on 1841 cen, so maybe she died before then)
Mary Dobson    1836 Baptism Bilton     ) Mary & William are given same YOB on 1841 cen
William Dobson 1836 Sutton                ) I cannot find a Baptism for William


Isaac Dobson - death @ Skirlaugh 1878
William Dobson - death @ 1898 Patrington

Ann Dobson found 1851 @ Thorngumbald & 1861 @ Aldbrough married to Joseph Dann

I have tried every combination of possible spellings and using the asterisk but to no avail, can anyone else find Isaac, Jane, William & Mary please, I can only assume it is a spelling problem with me not being able to find any of them.

Thank you both.
I had looked at 1861 Surrey, I queried to myself why unmarried and not widr and also he states Ag Lab on 1841 n 71 cen, but in times of need one will do anything. Surrey, a long way to go too.

1851 pity no name or even an initial, but a possibility.

 I have only just seen this line, I have a William Dobson B1838 Sutton in my tree. He Married Mary E Holmes in 1863, His Parents were Isaac Dobson and mother was Jane McGregor they married 12.6,1831 at Hull Holy Trinity Church They Had the following Children

So sorry for not replying, so busy here with building works and this one slipped my mind.
I will go through the info I have, but the Dobson side is my brother in law's mother's side, I will be back in contact asap.
