Looks like Leticia is Mother in Law to me not Mother as per 1871 Census.

Thanks Trish...anything before that? Trying to find out Letitia's maiden name and also does this mean that William Jones' mother was also Letitia?

A possible - the North Wales BMD have a marriage for a William Jones and a Lettica Jones, Bangor (civll marriage) in 1865.  *

It could be that the older Letitia in 1871 was William's mother in law

Thankyou all!! So it looks like Letitia was Jones before she was married also, which has left me with Letitia missing in 1891 as I had the wrong census. It looks like she moved to Liverpool sometime between 1881 and the following census which I have:
