Its only the Bishops transcript for this marriage on Ancestry so no witnesses to help confirm that it is the right family.
It was by licence, not banns.

british newspaper archive brings u[p this snippet in the results - possibly his relict??

“... of Mr. Robert Keith Archibald Durham, aged 79 years.  ... ”

Saturday 06 May 1865 ,  Louth and North Lincolnshire Advertiser

fits nicely with this 1861 census entry from Louth

William A Green    48 - proprietor of houses and land, b Louth
Lily Elizabeth Green    48 - b MIddlesex
Lilia Eliza Green    13
Robt R A Green    8  [possibly Robert K A]

Sarah Durham    74 - mother in law, landed proprietor and fund holder, b Birmingham
Ann Butters    16 - servant
RG 9, 2382, 17, 4

Her probate registry entry gives Lily Elizabeth Green as one of  the executor. estate under £600

Sarah Rotton
Baptism    9 Jun 1786, Birmingham, St Philip
Father   Joseph Rotton
Mother   Elizabeth Rotton
