I've just been researching Yarmouth Row 23 where my ancestors lived in the 1840s and 50s. It was known as Tooke the Baker's Row and also as
Traynier's Fish House Row. (Details from Norfolk County Council website

I should there is a link to your friend's Traynier family somewhere in the past that may be worth researching.
