Are these two photos the same person???

Can anyone confirm that these two individuals are the same person.  I believe they are.  They are from WW1 in the Hungarian Military.  The clearer photo is definitely my Great-Grandfather and was from 1917 for sure, the less clear photo's date is unknown. They were found in the same photo box.

Also add in a yes from me. Facial features look exact to me, particularly size of ears etc.
