Occupation "Crusterman"?
« on: Thursday 21 November 13 02:46 GMT (UK) »
My father's occupation in the 1921 Canadian census is "crusterman". Can't find any reference to the word on the web. He was employed in the mining industry in B.C.
Any ideas?

Cheers, Ken

Hi Ken:

Is the occupation clearly written?

Is it possible instead of 'crusterman' its actually 'crusherman'?

*****added - it looks like Crusherman on the census.
