« on: Wednesday 20 November 13 18:42 GMT (UK) »
Hello everyone
i am trying to find some information about my ancestors i have recently found out by sheer accident that my family hails from roscaberry in cork ireland.
i have found out that my great grandfather was maurice cussen born around 1874 and had 4 brothers he later married a maria bourke.
i found this out from an email from a distant relative that i had no idea about in america. my great grandfather was his great uncle.
as far as i know they were a farming family if any one can direct me in any way i should look or has possibly any info on the family please get in touch
regards dave

http://churchrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/details/b39eeb0266890

and other relevant entries on same site.

Spelling of parish name is Rosscarbery. It's spelled wrongly a lot including on the Irish Genealogy site.
