I need some help Please.

I have been sent a photograph in an effort to clean up, and ask your help.

As you can see it is in a poor condition, and help would be most welcome.
I have rheumatoid Arthritis which restricts the amount I used to do in restoration on here, so this is taking longer than I expected

Hi...My try and I sympathise with you for the Rheumatoid as I have the same and it is not a nice disease to deal with.
