can these two "cut outs" be enlarged slightly Please

I extracted these from a larger weddig group.
They have come out smaller than usual . I don't want them  very large but perhaps just an ordinary  everyday snap size?

not able to do a lot with it due to small size

These photos are only at 96dpi
A better end product could be achieved if presented at 300 - 600 dpi
