Thought the same halfpenny - just put links to all the family together for consistency:

Links to online Records in blue

1898 Louisa Mildred b. Salford - on paid UK records
1900 Edith Birth Dublin South; Baptism; Death 1900
1902 Rachel Marian b. Cork
1905 William assumed from 1911 census
There is a birth in rootsireland (F) William (M) L TRACY in Tipperary; this could be a possibility
1909 Robert assumed from 1911 census no birth obvious online record
1911 Alice b. Cork
1914 George b. Cork

I have not come across the phrase "bob lady" but have read of people writing letters for others
It tended to be connected to the military and immigration though rather than in Dublin
Kearney & Bourke/ Johns & Fox/ Mannion & Finan/ Donohoe & Curley

IF there was confusion as to Louisa's birth religion it MIGHT be possible that she and William didn't marry ..... this is not a defo just a possibility !

Thanks everyone, especially the info about Edith.
We knew she died on a Christmas morning . . . just didn't know which one. It also places William and Louisa in 1900. We know that they're in Cork for Rachel's birth 1902 . . . so you've norrowed the time frame
Now if you'll all just perform another miracle and tell me where Louisa and William married. . . . Christmas will have come early.
Warm Regards
