This looks like the family in 1920 - https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/MFRW-VW6

I see naturalization records from Pennsylvania that fit the date and place of birth on the WWI draft registration card.  It says he sailed on the Cameronia from Derry to New York, arriving 30 Dec. 1912.  You can see the passenger list for free at www.ellisisland.org

His WWII draft registration card is here - https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/VQN7-KQQ

All men of a certain age were required to fill out a draft registration card.  It doesn't mean that they were actually drafted or ever served in the military.  The 1930 census has line to indicate if the man was a veteran, and Robert's says he was not a veteran.  The WWII draft registration cards available to the public currently include older men, few of whom were actually drafted.

Then he perhaps may not ahve served in the army but if he was buried in a military graveyard I suppose that would indicate that he prob would have served. How would you find this out?  :)

In reference to someone buried in a military graveyard, are you referring to Sandra's first post about a Thomas H Quinn who was buried in a military graveyard?  If so, data seems to show that there was another Thomas H Quinn, on the western side of the state of Pennsylvania, who is buried in Jefferson Memorial Park, Pleasant Hills, Allegheny County, PA.  He is buried there, along with his parents, Robert A and Mary, a couple of bros-in-law, and a sister, Mary Q Hall.  Another sister, Florence, may also have been buried there since her husband, Roy M Jenkins, is there, but may not have yet been entered in the database at www.findagrave.com.
