Cecil Roland H Fenton was b 1911 and died 1994 Nottingham
I think his wife was Margaret ELIZABETH Thompson
She died Mar 1974 age 59 Nottingham and her d.o.b. is given as 30 Apr 1914

Now are you certain Margaret (the daughter) was Margaret Ellen -or have you assumed because the middle initial is "E" that her name was the same as her mother's??
The d.o.b. of Margaret Elizabeth would fit with the birth reg of Margaret E ?

Thank you for that, yes I am sure daughter was middle name Ellen not Elizabeth, not to worry though - will start tracing cemeteries in area for burial, even if I have to go to Archives
