Please could you tell me how to find relatives of albert sands who lived in the gloustershire area albert was my fathers brother unfortunately all my relatives are deceased so nobody to ask trying to do a family tree can you advise

There is a death in 1995 in Stroud Gloucs for an Albert Sands b 1.3.1931 - is that him?

The following is general guidance

You could buy a copy of his death cert as it will name the person who reported his death and their relationship to him.  It will also give an address for that person

If you know who he married - you could check for details of any children born to them and then use one of the electoral register websites to see if you can find an address www.192.com is just one of several such sites
