This website has quite a bit of MI's from the area (Inverness, Nairnshire, Moray, Ross-shire as well as others).  If you find a memorial you are interested in, they will send a photo of same.  I use this site quite a bit......a fantastic resource!!

Scotlandsplaces:  www.scotlandsplaces.gov.uk - partners with RCAHMS, NRS, NLS.  Portions of the site are free, historical tax rolls, etc. for a fee.  (15 pounds for a quarterly sub).  I did purchase a sub and it was great but decided to wait for more transcriptions to be completed before I re-sub.
