Hello, My great grandmother was his sister Rose. She also went by the name Rose Lee, my grandfather Peter, was born in Kingston upon Thames in 1907. She had four other children, Charlie, the eldest, then Ivy, born in Brighton, then Peter and then Olive. Frank was the last child but he didn't survive infancy. No trace of her after that birth in 1913 when she split from my great grandfather. Maybe the Kingston and Brighton link might help?  :)
