Can this be sharpened and cropped to a oval in a frame or is trying not worth it

Don't know if it is my eyes or if this is our of focus for starters   

- Hope this is something like you were hoping for.  I had to get rid of the esky and chair - didn't look right in the oval!  Also oval not quite complete - they would have been without feet to achieve that.
