I have asked this question on Old Holyhead and someone has replied that it was a school that taught Business Studies but cannot add any more than that, maybe some Directories or Telephone Books will yield further information.

Hi
Found a reference to it on Welsh Biography Online, but no more:
"ROBERTS, JOHN (1910-1984), preacher, hymnist, poet..........
.......He went to Ffrwd Win School (but not until he was seven), and afterwards took a clerical course at "Owens' College" in Holyhead. ....."

It was in the road now known as Cleveland Avenue (which runs parallel with Kings Road), where the Fire Station used to be.
