Maybe William (1791 High Easter) and Mile End John (1797 High Easter) were relatives (brothers?). In 1841, William looked after John's George & Mary at High Easter. In return, John accommodated George (1821) & Sarah (1826) at Mile End.

Edit: Found William Mead, 1789, High Easter (son of Thomas Mead and Elizabeth Chandler). No baptism details found for a John Mead, High Easter, c 1797.

It looks very promising, and William was a Gardener on the 1841 census

According to the register George Mead baptized in High Easter on 9 Sep 1821 was the son of William & Mary Mead of High Easter. William was a Gardener.

The Mead family from High Easter are probably the William Mead = Mary Sawen there son Charles 1830  born High Easter went to Mile End , the Gardiner in the Mary is probably to show it is the Thomas Mead = Mary Gardiner line married by license 1729 in Harlow Essex. This is my tree I was born in High Easter and was a Mead,it is near Gt Dunmow in Essex. I can help if your search is Meads of High Easter, Others have the family back to Bristol came to Essex around 1500.By others I mean Genes re-united members, I  hope this helps.

Hi yes that William 1791 was a gardener job I mean at the vicarage in High Easter parents Thomas 30,Sept 1770 bapt= Elizabeth Chandler 15,June 1786 1, Thomas 10,Oct 1786, 2, Isaac 14, April 1788buried 1st June1797.Number 3,William 14,Jan 1790buried 7, Sept 1864 74yrs,= Mary Sawen 10,11,1820 glove making family my gt gt uncle married an Agnes Sawen mother Emma .I George 9,9,1821,2Susan 20,4,1823.3William 20,2,1825,4,Sarah 24th Feb 1826 = Jonathan Brewster 25th DEC 1846 ,5, jOSEPH 11.5, 1828 = Ann ? child Ethel Ann 11,10,1853. Charles 12,9,1830, that was 6,no ,7James 23,10,1832,Ellen and George1835 NO 8 , 9, Isaac Mary and Israel 24th March 1837 10, WILLIAM AND Henry 9,4,1841, Louisa Alice 2, 11,1845.
Thomas 1770 parents Edward = Elizabeth Sorrell 3,1,1769 license at High Easter Edwards parents Thomas= Mary Gardiner =1729 that Thomas bapt ised 1706 parents John= Benedicta White.
I KNOW Charles WENT TO Mile End as A Mr John Lambe descends from that Charles.
