Help please on a some more words on another letter

Hello again

here is the follow-up letter to the one i posted yesterday. There are four words on this one that i have highlighted and am struggling with. Again the subject matter is my 3xgt-grandfather, Thos. Shepherd, falling out with the Methodists

  • agitation and "division"
       be moved "earnestly"     
  • "??  sorry"    Word looks like it begins unf....ed but dont know what it is

I think the first word is READER.  Cannot get the rest of the letter onto the screen. H

I agree with those. I think it could be unfeigned sorry.

Leader - unfeigned - division - earnestly

And the signature appears to be Thos Jones, which may help with the difficult name on the other letter you posted earlier. (I've commented on this there.)

brilliant i think we have "leader" , "division" , "unfeigned" and "earnestly"
they all seem so obvious now. great to have all your help, thanks

just one more thing though: the word that is two lines up from "leader" i thought it said "member" but looking more closely it looks like "memember" ?!? any thoughts?

I noticed that. I think it is just a slip by the writer, with no spell checker to help!
