« on: Friday 13 September 13 21:28 BST (UK) »
James Degraw 1824 as I believe is the son of James Degraw & Catherine b. 1806 U.S. I est James for 1800 through Catherine. Searching this date I received this information...

Benjamin de Graw b. 26 Sep 1767 Bergon, New Jersey - d. 1829 Mendon, Monroe, New York.
Married to Jemima Jourions  b. 1770 Mendon, Monroe - d. 1841. They married 1795 Vermont.
Their children were...  1. Timothy b. 11 Feb 1796 Vermont - d. 12 May 1866, 2. Moses b. 1798
Vermont, * 3. Mary b. 1800 Upper Canada, 4. * John J. b. 1802 Upper Canada, 5. Catherine b. 1804 Upper Canada, 6. Sarah b. 3 May 1805 New York - d. 23 Feb 1885, 7. Aaron b. 1807 Vermont - d. 1885, 8. Jemima b. 1809 New York, 9. Jacob b. 16 Jul 1811 Mendon, Monroe, N.Y.
d. 5 Jan 1856 Lehi, Utah, UT, 10. Sophia b. 1813 New York, 11. Elizabeth b. 1816 Vermont.

A contact I work with sys's Mary could be born 1819!!!!!!!!
The mother Jemima Jourions, could she be of " FRENCH ETHNIC? " Which Mary is!!!!!!!!!!
Is it possible to " CONFIRM THIS IS MY MARY DEGRAW? "

" IT WOULD BE A MIRACLE!!!!!!!!!!!!"
   Jeff  :D  ???

I am not sure what we are searching for.....the wording of your query isn't specific...??
These sites have Jemima's last name down as Jerome/Jearns and the children born U.S. ( Vermont/New York) so not all trees online are accurate...they may contain some real info to help guide your own searches...

There were several DeGraw on the 1851 Canada West ( Ontario) census...the eldest being from New York

Could you be more specific as to your genealogy question, leaving out the unknowns, who do you know to be your proven ancestors here...?
