What a fantastic response I thank you one and all.
I had Basil Trevor Madden attached to John Madden and Hannah Hopkins but recently decided to research him in more detail.  On purchasing his Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate found his mother to be Hannah Reynolds.  I looked into him being a grandson, but their only son John Edward Madden had married Selena Stevens.   The fact that Basil was born in Hinton/Morpeth N.S.W. made me think he was related to my Madden Family,  as after they arrived from Ireland sponsored by a cousin Benjamin Long, they all lived in the Hinton/Morpeth area.  I will research further along this line.  I feel that there must be a family connection between John Madden 1. and John Madden 2...
Their marriage in Ireland explains why I couldnt find them in the B,D,M in N.S.W. Thank You Sparrett.
For Muss:  the Madden tree you sent me has Basil marrying Nellie Reddan from Emmaville NSW.
On his Marriage Certificate it lists her parents as William Reddan and Margaret Burke and states that Nellie AKA Ellen May Reddan was born in Bathurst approx. 1887.  Her Death Certificate has her named as Ellen May Madden died Paddington N.S.W 1973.  William Reddan died in Bathurst in 1891.
cupoflife:  Thank you for John Madden's Death Notice which names his Parents as Patrick and mother Sarah.  I will look into the Irish ancestors today.

Thank you everyone again.    :) :) :) :)

I'm trying to find John's parents Patrick and Jane Madden to see if they also came to N.S.W.
and what their relationship is to John and Hannah Madden who lived in Hinton/Morpeth N.S.W.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
