I searched the civil registration index for a death of Anna Lowham in 1869, death of Anna (would pick up variations of Anna) died 1869 + born c1759/60, etc. with no results. Suspect that her age was slightly less than that, the surname is incorrect or the death wasn't registered (registeration only started in 1864).
"At Swords, county of Dublin, Ireland, Mrs. ANNA LOWHAM, aunt of Samuel Long, of 57, Botany Road, Sydney, in her 110th year, by the Church, the Church of England Registry of Swords."
http://trove.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/article/13179642Swords, County Dublin makes sense but not the last bit "by the Church, the Church of England Registry of Swords." Unless the family were Church of Ireland and this is a reference to where she was buried?
There was a James Lowham in Commons East, Swords Parish in 1853 (Griffith's Valuation) but he only has a garden and a William Lowham in Townparks, Swords Parish with a small holding but better house than many of his neighbours (going by the valuation)- also a James*, a John and a Samuel in Townparks. *may be the same James as with the garden in Commons East. There may be others but it certainly points to Lowhams living in Swords Parish before the 1869 death.
Added- Rootsireland (pay site) does list C. of I. death records for this period-
