Quick update.
Have confirmed from John Rose's first child's baptism entry that he was definitely a
Livestock Dealer in Limehouse. However I can't actually find his marriage to Charlotte

...however given Charlotte's mother and father snuck off to Ealing to get married when her mother was only 16

(marriage is by Banns, no parental consent noted and looks like "rent a witness") it could be history repeating itself..
In 1835 another child's baptism entry show's he has then begun working as an undertaker and of course the will tells us in 1837 he inherits the undertaking business from his mother-in-law and a further child's baptism entry shows moves from Limehouse to Poplar. Carries on in this living in Poplar high street until at least 1851 census but after that I lose them. Would be interesting to know how long the business went on for (based at 55 Poplar High Street).
Denton and
Crawford are spot on and I have the marriages now, but can't confirm Scott as can't find a marriage
