I can't make out what I think is the address for Agnes Keith (Registration No: 204)

It is in the column When and Where Born, with Hour of Birth.

I can make out:
1860
September
Twenty fourth
5........ then it looks like Pells
Hurlford
Riccarton

Any help with deciphering would be very welcome

I think the minutes should be 0, but definitely 5 p.m.

It says " 5 hours 0 Minutes PM" in other words 5 o'clock in the evening.  Look at the entry 2 above - they were born at 4 Hours 30 Minutes - i.e. 4.30 ...  Bill

Thanks for your replies.  The location is Hurlford, in the parish of Riccarton.  The family appears on the 1861 Scotland census.
