Hi,I was at the family history event today in Motherwell and was astounded at the restoration work on display.I wonder if anyone could do anything with this please.

Thought I would see what a touch of colour would do for this photo?
I have been doing genealogy research for myself & others for many years, just because I love it.

I moved to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina in 2001 and just recently have got into photo restoration.

I am using an older version of Paintshop Pro XI on an even older pc :) & I want to thank in advance all who are helping me on this journey with my new hobby.

Anybody needing NC, VA research, just ask me!

What a shame it's such a small file...Could you not request a larger scan from the person who sent it to you?
