I assume you found their entry in the 1901 census?

There's an Alfred J. Wolstencroft born 1912 Dublin South which makes me suspect the some of the family were still in Dublin in 1911- most likely that surname was been transcribed or we need one of the 'missing' bits of census.

According to an online family tree-
Alfred
born 14 Feb 1884 at 4 Brunswick Villa Off Shaw Street Dublin
Sarah Jane
born 10 Dec 1885 at 18 Shaw Street Dublin
John
born 25 Nov 1886 at 6 Poolbeg St. Dublin Ireland & died Jan./Mar.1944 in Baltinglass Co.Wicklow, married Mary Chapman (or Kirwan)
Thomas Henry
born 17 July 1891 at Shaws Cottages Dublin
Same tree shows Alfred died 1917 (!) but think they've merged 2 different Alfreds or gotten very muddled- says Alfred born 1859 with parents John & Agnes AND was in England in 1881 and had 2 children born England 1882 and 1893.
