Do you have Frederick's marriage certificate? If so what is the name and occupation of his father?

Would you know roughly as to what age he was when he died?

There is a death of a Frederick W Cook in 1935, however that was registered in Yeovil, Somerset  ???

gosh thanks.no I don't know what age he might have been when he died but I might send for that death certificate and see if he died by drowning.cant think why it would be registered in Yeovil though.unfortunately I am doing this for my daughter and she hasn't any family left on her side as far as we know.she was born from my first marriage.can you find Frederick in 1911 cencus as I know he got married in thornbury but I also know his wife arrived in England early 1900s via langport which I think is near Yeovil.if he was working on the railway I suppose he might have met her around there?its quite a mystery!!!!

Hi,

Have found a Probate for Frederick W Cook who died in 1935, Yeovil, his address was 23 Westlands Terrace, Yeovil. Probate to John Herbert Cook retired railway station master. Effects £332 1s 1d.
So perhaps not the Frederick you are researching  ???

Unfortunately we are not able to do 1911 lookups, however you could search the 1911 through free access on Ancestry.
