Port Elizabeth, SA Records

I am trying to research my family in South Africa.  Mainly my fathers brother, Cecil George Bock.  He was born 7/26/45 - 6/6/1953. He supposedly was killed, I have been researching information and I have found his Gravestone.  To my surprise there is another name on it, Anthony Nel 5/9/1959 - 5/20/1959. 
As for Cecil I have been researching his death certificate.  I am looking in familysearch.org in a slow process of reviewing over 2000 records...Not even sure if I will find it in there.  I was also trying to find an archived newspaper article on his death.
As for Anthony Nel - I have no idea who he is and how to go about researching his records.  Seems he has a diffrent last name, but same tomb...

Any information is greatly appreciated!!
