Hi,
My grandfather owned a grocers shop in the Liscard/New Brighton area c. 1930-40s. Does anyone know of any useful information sources that would have records for this?
Thanks
Jo

Hi Jo
Jean again! You'll find him if you click on this link, it has copies of some directory pages for Mount Pleasant road and he is in the 1938 directory in Sandrock Road. also on this page there is a paragraph which mentions Oarside Farm and GJ Blackburn - Amelia Blackburn's brother, (under the picture which says view of Mount Pleasant Road from Seaview Road) - he has also mention 1900 directory page
