Webb / Rowling Family Help Request Please

Hi,

I have been trying for months to find any further information on my 4x Great Grandfather but have got totally stuck

Thomas Webb Born est 1794 in Wickhambrook Believe his wife was Susan Rowling b est 1806 they married in 1824.

I have found Thomas on 1841 Census with 7 Children he is then on the 1851 Census with 4 Children and no Susan although I have so far been unable to find any record of her death. 1861 Census I cannot find Thomas again ?? and then he appears on 1871 - living with his son. I have so far found no record of his death and no info at all on either his parents or parents of my 4x gt grandmother Susan  :-\ :-\ I have got a lot further on other sides of my tree and cannot seem to get past these missing bits so its driving me insane !!

Any help would be much appreciated.

In 1851 it looks like Susan is in Melton Lunatic Asylum   HO107; Piece: 1801; Folio: 762; Page: 11

This could be your Thomas ages were often inaccurately recorded

Thomas WEBB buried 28 Nov 1881 age 82 Wickhambrook
Susan WEBB of Wickhambrook UH buried 26 Feb 1881 age 85, Wickhambrook

Ann ROWLING wife of John buried 30 Apr 1774 Wickhambrook

1861, looks like Susan is listed as just SW in Kedington workhouse.  RG 9; Piece: 1124; Folio: 144; Page: 41;

1871, in the same place  RG10; Piece: 1711; Folio: 100; Page: 6;

Nancy WEBB, abode Stradishall, buried 23 Nov 1839 age 78, Denston St Nicholas

a Thomas WEBB buried Denston, St Nicholas, 11 Sep 1832 age 66.

Joanna Bridget ROWLING buried 11 Jun 1839 age 84 Wickhambrook, All Saints
John ROWLING buried 20 Jun 1820 age 70, Wickhambrook All Saints.

Unfortunately nothing noted to link either as husband & wife.
