Hello Ron

Can't help with her bapt but this is by way of some info that might help track Martha down if she does not crop up in the Martlesham PRs

John Ramsey married Ann Howel 31 Jan 1782 Framsden.
Could be that the same couple bpt a son John in Hasketon 25 Apr 1790.  A John Ramsey was buried Martlesham 9 Apr 1837 age 48.

A John Ramsey was buried in Framsden 21 May 1835 age 76, which would tie in age wise with his marriage to Ann.
An Ann Ramsay (abode Framlingham) was buried 4 Dec 1825 age 63 Martlesham St Mary
Other than locations there is nothing noted to positively link these 2.

I can see Martha marrying John Burrell 3 Dec 1820 Martlesham.
Is this Martha - Martha BURRELL buried 15 Jun 1875 age 70 Knodishall St Lawrence?
There is also a John Burrell buried 13 Nov 1874 age 82 Knodishall but again no note to link the 2.

Hello K,
Thanks for your input.  The marriage of John and Ann in 1782 could well be correct although Martha was not born till c1801.  Martha's ages on four census are so erratic she could have been born anywhere between 1801 and 1805.
I saw John Ramsey buried  1835 on the SFHS burial disc and wondered.  Ann was not on it. so perhaps you found that elsewhere.
John and Martha Burrell's burials tie up, they were living at Knodishall in 1871.
Thanks,  Ron.

HI Ron

Burial Ann RAMSAY rather than Ramsey on the SBI

If you do not have Martha's baptism what evidence do you have for her parents being John & Ann (nee Howell)?  Potentially she could have been their granddaughter as her age at death suggests she was born c1805 although we all know ages are not talked about :)

Yes, K - what evidence -  that it was I am trying to find.

I found a tree on Ancestry but it shows no sources for the births.
Children of John and Ann (Howell) Ramsey shown as:
John 1790,  Richard 1793, James 1800 and Martha 1801.
The 1851/61 and 71 census all show Martha born Martlesham.
