I have who I believe is an ancestor of mine on the 1841 at Hare and Hounds Inn at Crosthwaite
Keswick.
He is William Dixon 55 Inkeeper, Mary Dixon 45, Mary Dixon 20 Sarah 6 years and Mary Lee 25.
More Dixon's at the Cottage in the Hare and Hounds Yard.
I can't find anything else on this family.   Would anyone have any connection or any information
on this family please.

Thankyou

A William Dixon married to a Mary Thwaite had children baptised at Crosthwaite as follows:

William bp.31/1/1814, bur.27/5/1814
Agnes bp.11/6/1815
Jane bp.12/7/1817
Thomas bp.27/5/1819
Mary bp.20/5/1821
Elizabeth bp.7/11/1824 (possibly bur.25/8/1830)
Edward bp.3/10/1830
George bp.21/10/1832
Sarah Ann bp.24/5/1835

This family would fit with the 4 found on the 1841 Census.

Burials at Crosthwaite show a William 30/5/1844, Mary 7/10/1847 and another Mary 6/5/1842 but don't know ages of those concerned.   Possibly 3 of the 4 on the census??
