Sadly, being "down under" in Brisbane, we don't get any pre season matches broadcast. I'm counting the minutes to 17 August and the start of the EPL as this means we get live broadcasts again. Of course it also means no sleep when Man United are playing as the matches are invariably telecast at around 2am! They are re-played at a more reasonable hour, but by then I would have heard the result on the news or radio or some well meaning soul will tell me the score, so I stay up and watch them live!
I did get the pleasure of seeing Man United play in Sydney a couple of weeks ago, sadly minus Rooney, but I did get to see RVP score so it was well worth the enormous slug to the hip pocket after paying for airfares, accommodation and of course the tickets for three of us!
