1841/51 KNIGHT Family

I'm searching for the following family if anyone can help:

William KNIGHT b1819 (est.)
Sarah KNIGHT b1819(est.)
and daughter Alice KNIGHT b1843

I can find Alice in 1861 working as a servant and possible parents also in Kirkdale, but would love to help confirm this with 1851 data.
