I think it says baptised as, with a name following, meaning that she was baptised with a different name.  What it was,or if it was a forename or surname, isn't clear.  It looks like Limber or something similar.

My immediate reaction was 'Quebec'. Does that make any sense?

Does the bit underneath say 'Rec(eive)d here'? Maybe the person was baptised in Canada and then the 'home' parish was informed of the event.

Perhaps "Rec[orde]d here" is more likely?

Looking at it again, it's obvious that she was baptised with a different surname, possibly Imber.  Do you know her mother's maiden name?

Quebec looks right to me.

"Receiving" is usually a second baptism in all but name as you should only be baptised once.  It often follows a "private" baptism when the child was not expected to live.

Today I broke my personal record for most consecutive days alive.

Quebec Canada looks likely. I just might mention that there is  Quebec House, Westerham, Kent - no9t very far from Dartford but that is probably a red herring.
Southern or Southan [Hereford , Monmouthshire & Glos], Jenkins, Meredith and Morgan [Monmouthshire and Glos.], Murrill, Damary, Damry, Ray, Lawrence [all Middx. & London], Nethway from Kenn or Yatton. Also Riley and Lyons in South Africa and Riley from St. Helena.

Thank you all for your help, I have done a bit more digging and believe it is infact 'Baptised at Quebec, received here'. Having seen her father was a soldier I managed to find a birth in the Army Births Indexes on findmypast for Dinah Lawrence in 1815 in Quebec, Canada!

So thank you all for your inputs.

Regards
Kieran
