Good evening,

I would be very grateful if anyone would be kind enough to see if they could find a birth record for
Claudette Blanche GOSSELIN born c1947 in Jersey.

Any siblings would be an added bonus, if at all possible.

Is it a typo?  1947 or 1847?

If 1947 - RC do not allow the details of living persons to be published

More generally, can you please tell me if there are Bmd records for Jersey consultable on-line in the same vein as the GRO records or those available on findmypast for example ?

My aunt was born Claudette Gosselin but born in 1946 we believe. Can I ask what your interest is before I give details of other siblings and most are still alive - thanks. :)

Good morning,

My research on the Gosselin connection was with relation to a distant cousin in my family tree.
Claudette Gosselin would have married a Keneth Frederick WRIGHT in Kensington in 1967.
I was looking to establish where and when she was born (France ? Jersey ?) and her family affiliations.

That would sound right - my cousin's name is Lisa Wright.  Claudette was born in Jersey I believe in 1946.  She died approx 3 years ago I'm afraid.  Claudette was one of 6 children, born to Henri and Madeleine Gosselin.  The Gosselin family tree can be found on Ancestry.com if you are trying to find out more info.  Thanks
