You could check it with one of the children's birth certificates for Ann's maiden name. I think some are in the registration indexes.

Bernard Collogan 13 yrs b Brecon Wales
Winifred Collogan 7 yrs b Durham Bishop Auckland
Rosa Collogan 5 yrs b Derbyshire New Mills
Hugh Collogan 3 yrs b Durham Bishop Auckland
Mary Collogan 1yr b Yorkshire Halifax

 Farmonick could be Fermanagh

Looking at this, it would be good to get that certificate for Bernard because of the gap between Bernard and Winifred. There could be a second marriage for Hugh, or there could be more births with deaths of infants.
