Now, I am a little uncertain about the WW1 SYMONS man connection

The mother of the two children mentioned in the pension allowance for William SYMONS is Ellen (nee) SULLIVAN

Qld BMD shows they were born before 1910.

The William SYMONS of the war record therefore is probably another of the same name married to a woman named Ellen who is not Ellen PRICE $:-\$
