This man was granted a pension after he joined the WW1 forces .
Also allowed was his son-
WILLIAM CECIL SYMONS

They were living at Cairns at this time. There is a daughter-Mildred mentioned too.

Cecil William Price died in 1949 in Wellington, New Zealand.  From what I have so far it looks like he came to NZ around 1916 without Bridget.  I have his marriage certificate to Bridget Mary.   They were married on the 16th Jan 1893 at St Stephen's Cathedral, Brisbane.  I also have his Will and Nelly is not mentioned in it, but Bridget is.
Bridget Mary died on the 5th March 1952 at Mollison Street, West End, Queensland.  Her body wasn't discovered for 2 days.  On her death certificate where it has 'Children' it says 1 female deceased.  Bridget is buried at South Brisbane Cemetery.
The other Bridget Mary that comes up is her mother.
Nelly is her birth name.  Nelly/Nellie is a common name in my family.
Yes, I did see another child to Bridget born in 1905, but have not researched it.

That could be her.  Even though her birth name was registered as Nelly, my grandmother was an Ellen, but everyone called her Nellie.  Same with a great great Aunty.  And Cecil William's birth name is William Cecil.  He changed it when he arrived in Australia from the UK.
I'll look further into it.

Who is the informant for the 1952 death certificate please.....and  knows that a daughter is deceased?


When did Cecil d. 1949 make out his will.....as indication of when Nellie, not mentioned, might be dead?.

The informant on her death certificate is Rockton Price, my great uncle.  I'm trying to fine his son, who maybe a live, to see if he has any information.
Sorry there is no date on Cecil's Will to say when it was written.
