Hi

I found it on anc*y. I use old search, call me old fashioned but I much prefer it, and searched Joseph Shrewsbury b 1888 Nottinghamshire and then clicked military. The service record gives year of birth as 1886. His mother Martha Shrewsbury is named as next of kin on page 3 (there are a few pages).
