Have you ruled out the 1878 death?
Aquila Pollard died Hunslet sub-district of Leeds.

Sorry, that is probably a red herring as FreeBMD has the age as 0. YorkshireBMD has no age given

Russell, Boatmen from Northamptonshire, settled in Buckinghamshire and North London.
Garbutt, originally from North Yorks, settled in Durham
Mulvey from Ireland then Scotland then London.
Pollard, Bowling, Bradford
Pembleton/Pendleton orig from Notts but settled in Durham, Twizel ect.
Elliott, from Leadgate married Pembleton.
Ford, from Westport, County Mayo, Ireland.
