As with all searches - less is more!

For the marriage you need to look for:
Hauxwell
Minnie
Mar 1928 to Dec 1928

As Manchester Rambler said - they married in Lancaster district, Lancashire!

For births of the children, enter:
Surname: Wray, Mother's Maiden Name: Hawxwell      1 child born Lancaster 1929, 1 in Plymouth 1933
Surname: Wray, MMN: Hawkswell                              2 children in Easingwold, 1930 and 1931
Surname: Wray, MMN: Hauxwell                                1 child, Hartlepool 1935, 1 child Durham SE 1941
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)

Hello there, my great grandad is William Wray my great aunt Eileen told me that when William got with her mother Minnie Hauxwell she was around 20 years of age and that Minnie was his second wife and he was around 48 to 50 years old and had another 7 kids with Minnie. Now i know my Nana Maureen born in Plymouth Devon was 11 years of age when he died and he died around 75 years of age so he would of been born around 1875 ish. what im struggling with is his birth date and putting that into my ancestry tree i know that Richard had 2 children to my knowledge that is. my Nana Maureen had my mother Shirley, Ronald, and Susan. My great aunt Eileen when she was born my Great Grandad William bought a steam boat and named it Eileen Wray which ah she had shown me recently. if anyone of you has any idea on the birth of William Wray, please can you help me find it. i will also help anyone with any info that is needed as i have alot of info on them. Thank you for your time.

Rootschat has a no living person policy so if any of these people are still living - and they could be- then you need to remove their names from the list.

If you know when the child was born then from Sept 1911 the register also includes the mothers maiden name. If you have their marriage you will know the surname of both parties select a number of years and the district then just put in father and mothers maiden names and it will bring back the matches
